STUFF

I spend so much time checking out other people's blogs, I neglect my own. Plus I've been busy going through my 'stuff' and seeing what I can do without, don't use, or don't need anymore.
I started with my tools, since I have so many. Year before last, my boyfriend Don and I discussed die cutters. I expressed the idea that some were way too expensive so I decided on the Cuttlebug. I planned to use it as my only die cutter. So I also bought 4 alphabet sets, and several other dies and die sets. Then Don told me he had watched the Cricut commercial and he wanted to get me one for my birthday!!! I was shocked, I had never asked for one! So color me surprised!

Several months later when we got the Cricut, I started collecting cartridges as all Cricut owners do. It seems we can't get enough! In fact Don tells me I have said several times, after buying a particular cartridge, "I have all the carts I need." Then of course something else occurs which makes me decide I 'Need' another one. lol He doesn't think it's as normal as I do! I have amassed 15 cartridges! I know there are many folks who have more I even heard of someone who had over 100!!! Don would choke! lol Funny thing is that he doesn't mind when I get more of them, he loves that I really enjoy my scrapping and card making. I even look up from my craft table sometimes and find him watching me, with a smile on his face! What a sweet man!
He's just the kind of guy that doesn't own many things, and has no desire to. I have never known anyone like him. We should all strive to be more like him.

Since I've started gathering the carts I want, I decided to go through my things and see what I really don't use since my Cricket came to live.
These things are mostly my Cuttlebug dies. So I did some research and I think I may put them up on eBay to sell. However, since you have to pay sellers fees etc, I need to wait till after Christmas.

Then I thought I'd do a post here and let everyone know what I've got and see if any of you would be interested in them. I know some of you have children who use the Cuttlebug, and you get dies for them. Or are you a teacher and would like to use them in your classes? Or do you just want them for yourself?

So I'm making a list of the dies I don't want anymore. A couple of them are retired dies or die sets, and I guess they are hard to find. I'm not going to ask a lot for them as it is Christmas time, and we need every penny these days. I'm also willing to hold the more expensive items until after the first of the year if you are really interested an can't afford to buy right now. So here we go, spread the word! And if you live in the Charleston, South Carolina area, I'll deliver or you can pick it up.

1. Sizzix Stencil Alphabet set- is in excellent condition, (I bought it new and
it's still in it's carry case. All 36 dies, and I can only ship in the US,

name of them. But found this one on Eba for about $12.00. It's in great shape

2 squares. Quite pretty. Rarely used, kept in page protectors, sells new for $15.99.

Jess,
Thanks for commenting on my blog - sorry I haven't replied sooner just have been to darn busy with voluntering at my daughters school, decorating the house, etc. I love all your cards! Wish I could help you out by purchasing something off of your list but since I have my new Cricut Expression I don't need any of the above either! Now I do confess to having a lot of Creative Memories "stuff" that I myself can't give up just yet ... I'm still addicted to their paper punches!
I saw that you purchased a Cricut Card Fairy stamp from a lady in Germany(?) - can you email me some info on how I get one also? krisauders@verizon.net. Thanks so much!
